 Sandi Aigoro

M. “Sandi” Aigoro President/CEO and Founder

Sandi Aigoro amassed over 25 years of experience working in business and technology. Ms. Aigoro learned the art of business from the bottom up – working with new start-up and large corporations in domestic and global environments. Her search to improve business practices quality and technology has brought valuable insight to HCC in understanding how to develop and run a business and satisfy customers.

Ms. Aigoro’s career in the telecommunications industry began at Pacific Telephone Company and continued to Southwestern Bell. Following the divestiture of the Bell systems, Ms. Aigoro joined AT&T and worked as a Technology Engineer and Manager, managing multi-million dollar computer-engineering technology projects.

Following an outstanding career with AT&T, Ms. Aigoro, joined Concert Global Networks, AT&T’s global venture with British Telecom. As an Assistant Director, with responsibility for global process and customer relations, she led an international internal Quality Assurance team. In this capacity, she led her team in conducting global and regional process reviews, managing international customer and partner relations and reporting customer satisfaction levels to the Executive Leadership Team.

Ms. Aigoro has also worked over 15 years in the small business sector. She was directly involved in the setup, launch and transition of several businesses, including a school-uniform manufacturer, a landscaping company and an event management company.

She has sustained a 15 year volunteerism effort with organizations including the National Black MBA Association, Black United Fund, The Alliance of Black Telecommunications Workers, and the Learning Disabilities Association of Georgia.

Ms. Aigoro attended the University of Houston, holds a Bachelor of Arts from National-Louis University, and a Master of Business Administration degree from Mercer University. She also holds a Master’s Certificate in Project Management from George Washington University.
