Ms. Aigoro’s career in the telecommunications industry began at Pacific Telephone Company and continued to Southwestern Bell. Following the divestiture of the Bell systems, Ms. Aigoro joined AT&T and worked as a Technology Engineer and Manager, managing multi-million dollar computer-engineering technology projects.
Following an outstanding career with AT&T, Ms. Aigoro, joined Concert Global Networks, AT&T’s global venture with British Telecom. As an Assistant Director, with responsibility for global process and customer relations, she led an international internal Quality Assurance team. In this capacity, she led her team in conducting global and regional process reviews, managing international customer and partner relations and reporting customer satisfaction levels to the Executive Leadership Team.
Ms. Aigoro has also worked over 15 years in the small business sector. She was directly involved in the setup, launch and transition of several businesses, including a school-uniform manufacturer, a landscaping company and an event management company.
She has sustained a 15 year volunteerism effort with organizations including the National Black MBA Association, Black United Fund, The Alliance of Black Telecommunications Workers, and the Learning Disabilities Association of Georgia.
Ms. Aigoro attended the University of Houston, holds a Bachelor of Arts from National-Louis University, and a Master of Business Administration degree from Mercer University. She also holds a Master’s Certificate in Project Management from George Washington University.
Mr. Aigoro spent nearly 19 years with AT&T,
where he worked as a Technology Manager. While there, his extensive set of
accomplishments and major technology projects included developing a firewall
access system for Lucent Technologies, vendor access systems, a helpdesk system,
and developing a mainframe centralized reporting system.
In 2000, Mr. Aigoro joined a leadership team at BellSouth, serving as Assistant Director for the Internet Technology department. He also supervises and manages a budget approval process for BellSouth’s capital projects.
Mr. Aigoro has been an active volunteer and
established the highly successful Computer Access Training Center for underprivileged
individuals in Cobb County, Georgia. The center provides computer and career
skills training and has enabled many residents to escape welfare dependency.
He was successful in obtaining three corporate sponsors, including
the J. Kellogg Company, AT&T and IBM.
Born in Nigeria, Mr. Aigoro holds a Bachelors of Science degree from Oklahoma State University, and a Masters of Business Administration from the Keller Graduate School of Management.
In addition, his experience as an account executive in small business sales
gives him an understanding of small business needs and challenges.
Mr. Williams’ professional history includes
a successful career at AT&T, where he was a member of the divestiture
team that directed asset allocation between AT&T and Southwestern Bell.
In succeeding roles, he amassed technical and customer service expertise as
Regional Service Manager, Sales Engineer and Project Manager. His responsibilities
at AT&T required
interaction with cross-functional operational groups, executive-level management,
vendors and customers.
Later, Mr. Williams joined Qwest Communications
where he was responsible for engineering and installation of facilities across
the Southeast. In 2002,
he joined HCC as Vice President of Marketing.
Mr. Williams earned his Bachelor of Arts degree
from National Louis University and holds a Masters of Business Administration
from the Keller Graduate School of Management. He also holds a Masters Certificate
in Project Management from George Washington University.
