The Challenge

Business Professional and Career Services - a nonprofit employment staffing company, placed graduating high school students within the retail manufacturing industry. While the employment opportunities were certainly needed by the recent graduates – ongoing, permanent employment was a higher goal.

The Solution

A market analysis was performed to determine the best opportunity in the retail industry to place the new manufacturing trainees. After determining the best markets, our consultant developed a novel employment concept which was instituted among various companies.

The Results

Business Professional and Career Services expanded the business concept by joining forces with Gen-X Manufacturing, and launched a line of school uniforms. Per last report, the students were transitioned successfully at an approximately 75 percent placement rate
